Acceptance and Accounts
By using Nabi Rahtek services you accept these terms. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and be at least 21 years old.
Mobility Services
QR trips, subscriptions, bookings, and rentals are subject to availability, the price shown before confirmation, and the service conditions presented at purchase.
Payments and Commission
- - Card payments are processed through the approved payment gateway (Tap). The platform collects the total fare and retains its service commission as agreed with the driver or company, settling the net remaining amount to their registered bank account according to the platform's payout schedule. Subscription cancellation and refund requests follow the applicable App Store or Google Play rules.
- - Contractual Agreements and Commission Structure "Nabi Rahtek" enters into binding contractual agreements with subscribed third-party companies and drivers utilizing the application platform. These contracts establish a predefined commission percentage applicable to the services rendered. In the event that a specific percentage is not explicitly defined, negotiated, or modified within the executed agreement, a default commission rate of 17% shall automatically apply to all respective transactions.
Responsibility
Users and renters are responsible for lawful and safe use of vehicles and for damage caused by misuse. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.
Nabi Rahtek is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own personal belongings against loss and bear full responsibility in this regard.
Driver Terms
- The driver is solely responsible for maintaining valid official documents and complying with regulatory updates required by government authorities. Nabi Rahtek is only an intermediary connecting the driver and the client.
- The driver must hold a driving license appropriate for this activity.
- The driver must be of good conduct and must not have a prior criminal conviction or a conviction for a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust, unless legally rehabilitated.
- The driver must not have been involved in serious traffic accidents or been caught driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
- The driver must ensure the vehicle is air-conditioned, clean inside and out, and meets all safety and roadworthiness conditions specified in the Traffic Law's executive regulations.
- The driver must follow traffic laws at all times.
- The driver must maintain personal hygiene, treat clients courteously, and interact with them in a respectful and appropriate manner.
- The driver must maintain safe driving practices at all times and under all conditions.
Company Terms
- A registered company confirms that all documents uploaded at registration are official and issued by the relevant government authorities, for its intended use of the app — whether as a car rental company (with or without a driver), an on-demand taxi service, or a roaming taxi service.
- The company is responsible for monitoring updates to licensing regulations from its relevant government authorities and applying them immediately to avoid license suspension. Nabi Rahtek is only an intermediary connecting the company and the client.
- Any damage resulting from misuse of a rented vehicle by the client is the client's full personal responsibility; the platform bears no financial or legal liability in this regard.
- Vehicle insurance, where applicable, is arranged directly between the company and the client at the time of vehicle handover and return; the platform bears no administrative, financial, or legal responsibility in this regard.
Updates
Continued use after a published update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
