1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nabirahtek mobile application and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including a valid civil ID.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. TokTok Electric Vehicle Services

Program A — QR Mall Trips: Single-use rides initiated by scanning a QR code at participating locations. Pay-per-trip billing applies.

Program B — Monthly Subscription: Unlimited rides within designated zones for frequent visitors, employees, and students. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.

Program C — Hourly Rental: TokTok vehicles available for hourly rental with the following pricing:

• 1 hour: 60 KD
• 2 hours: 100 KD
• 3 hours: 150 KD
• Each additional hour: +30 KD
• Chalets & farms: minimum 3-hour rental required
• Optional driver: +10 KD per TokTok (security deposit waived with driver)

4. Liability & Disclaimer

The company is not responsible for the manner in which the renter uses the vehicles. Any damages — material, physical, or legal — resulting from improper use of the vehicles are the sole responsibility of the renter. By renting a vehicle, you acknowledge and accept full liability for any damages incurred during the rental period.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
